Zhang Taolin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs Visited JSU

On Nov. 21, 2019, Zhang Taolin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs visited Jiangsu University (JSU), accompanied by Wang Xuejun, Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas, and Yang Tianshui, Deputy Director of the Rural Work Leadership Group of Jiangsu provincial Party committee. Prof. Yuan Shouqi, Chair of JSU Committee, Prof. Yan Xiaohong, President of JSU, Prof. Quan Li, Vice President of JSU and leaders of relevant offices took part in the reception.



Zhang Taolin visited the National Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology, focusing on the technological innovation of pumps. In the Key Laboratory of Modern Agricultural Equipment and Technology of Ministry of Education, Zhang Taolin had a detailed inspections and inquiries to learn more about the progress of the development of related disciplines, laboratory construction, science and technology achievements transformation, and service for society.


During the visit, Zhang Taolin also visited the University museum knowing more about the development and achievements of JSU. He spoke highly of the in-depth thinking and long-term construction layout of the university's innovative scientific research mechanism, and the research on high-end equipment and agricultural equipment.
